I've always loved to cook...

Growing up, I was always in the kitchen.  Cooking and baking is where I found happiness.  Initially, I became a Home Economics teacher, so I could spread my love of cooking to the younger generations - but eventually I followed my true passion and went to Culinary school and became professionally trained.  Now, I get to fill my days preparing customized menus for clients who may not have interest or time for cooking.  I love to do dinner parties as well, and I keep my teaching skills by teaching private cooking lessons to those who want to learn new things!  It's a wonderful combination that is the right fit for me.
